We value your satisfaction greatly and therefore offer the following return policy, provided the items are in unopened packaging and in their original condition:<\/p><p>1. Return Period<br \/>You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you can send the Quadboard back for a refund or exchange, as long as it is in its original condition and unused.<\/p><p>2. Return Conditions<br \/>To be eligible for a return, the Quadboard must be undamaged and complete, including all original accessories and packaging. The Quadboard must not show any signs of wear, damage, or use that could affect normal inspection and resale.<\/p><p>3. Return Procedure<br \/>If you decide to return your Micro4tro Quadboard, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the Quadboard or directly with our customer service. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for the return shipment and guide you throughout the process.<\/p><p>4. Refund and Exchange<br \/>Within 14 days of receiving the returned Quadboard, we will process your refund or arrange an exchange, depending on your preference. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><p>5. Costs and Responsibility<br \/>The costs for returning the Quadboard are your responsibility unless the Quadboard was defective or damaged upon receipt. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the Quadboard is securely packaged for return shipping to prevent damage during transit.<\/p><p>6. Exceptions<br \/>In certain situations, the return option or costs may be affected, such as in cases of unreasonable use, damage due to negligence, or for custom-made products. Returns do not apply to products that have been specially customized or personalized for you.<\/p><p>7.
