ORDERS
2.1 You can place orders through authorized dealers of Micro4tro BV or via the official Micro4tro website.
2.2 Micro4tro BV reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing, limited product availability, suspicions of fraud, or for other valid reasons.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1 The prices of Micro4tro BV are displayed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payments must be made according to the payment methods available at the time of ordering with Micro4tro BV.

DELIVERY
4.1 Micro4tro BV aims to deliver the ordered products within a reasonable timeframe. The exact delivery time may vary depending on product availability and the location of shipment.
4.2 Micro4tro BV is not liable for delays in delivery caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation problems, etc.
4.3 The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer at the time of delivery.

6.1 All intellectual property rights related to the products of Micro4tro BV, including trademarks, logos, designs, and images, remain the property of Micro4tro BV.
6.2 Without written permission from Micro4tro BV, it is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or use materials or content from the website, catalog, or other sources of Micro4tro BV.
